




Position Summary: Flute is seeking an Import/Export Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and coordination of international trade operations. Key Highlights: 1. Flute seeks your talent as an **Import/Export Specialist** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of VAT/IEPS certification, CTPAT, I\-Xport system, Annex 22, Annex 19, and Annex 8\. * English language proficiency \- intermediate level **Responsibilities** * Compliance with governmental regulations regarding import/export operations and transportation. * Registration and maintenance of Annex 24, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Fixed asset auditor (auditing of fixed assets and electronic/physical files). * Electronic and physical file auditor (supports digital and automated processes for customs documentation management and shipment traceability). * Certificates of Origin. * Support \& coordination of import and export operations. * Administration, registration, control, and implementation of changes in customs regimes and regularization of goods. * Review and validation of customs entries according to Customs Compliance (review, control, and verification of traffic documents, shipments, and international invoicing). * Validation of INCOTERMS, tariff classification, and customs and commercial documentation identifiers. * Review of Carta Porte and supplementary documentation for carriers, as well as traffic and shipping departments. * Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with VAT/IEPS certifications and trade agreements. * Coordinate and support communication with customs brokers, carriers, and authorities to ensure operational efficiency. * Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operational and customs-related costs, ensuring daily operations align with customs compliance strategies. * Manage effective communication with Mexican and American customs brokers and carriers. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 10-hour shift Work Location: On-site employment **Our location:** Blvd. Manuel Jesus Clouthier Tijuana 22645, B.C Tijuana, B.C.
