Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities Work Location: Tijuana **Job Responsibilities:** * Priority quotation support for active customers of the sales team. * Contact with suppliers to follow up on quotations and proposals. * Follow-up on pending quotations and support in tenders. * Comparative quotation analysis to offer optimal options to customers and suppliers. * Processing and tracking of orders across different departments. * Invoicing of sales completed by the commercial team. * Customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on sales and key metrics. * Response to requests from current and prospective customers. * Sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers. * Promotion of obsolete inventory sales via platforms and inter-warehouse coordination. * Prospecting and onboarding of new customers. * Identification of market opportunities. * Commercial follow-up to close sales. ***Not a call center // Industrial Sales*** Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, International Trade degree, or related field. * Intermediate English (minimum 50%; reading and writing required; speaking essential). * Experience in administrative roles, back office, industrial sales, or customer service (preferred). * Proficiency in administrative tools (Excel, ERP, CRM, etc.). * Excellent personal presentation. * Punctual, organized, and highly responsible. * Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule, **Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.** * Salary of $3,300\.00 for the first month, increasing to $3,500\.00 starting the second month. * **3-month retention bonus** (details provided during interview). * Statutory benefits. * 100% payroll registration. * No probationary week. * Performance bonuses starting upon indefinite-term contract. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Food vouchers starting from the first completed month. * Toka Care benefits. * Accident insurance.
