Strategic relationship management with distributors and partners. **Job Objective:** Identify, prospect, open, and consolidate new distribution and sales channels for telemetry products and services, achieving short-term commercial results while ensuring sustainable growth in the medium and long term. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or Industrial Engineering * 3–4 years of experience in a similar position * Willingness to travel, flexible working hours, valid Class A driver's license, personal vehicle, fieldwork, CRM proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Identify and prospect companies, distributors, system integrators, or strategic partners capable of marketing telemetry solutions to end consumers * Map sectors with high potential for indirect distribution (e.g., fleets, transportation, logistics, retail, insurance companies, etc.) * Conduct on-site visits for presentations and negotiations with decision-makers * Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and goal-attainment summaries * Execute cold-prospecting activities: on-site visits, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events * Address objections and negotiate alliance terms, margins, and exclusivity * Identify expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within active channels **Additional Benefits:** * Growth and Development Plan * Base salary + monthly bonus of up to $30,000.00 upon achievement of objectives.
