Production preparation, area cleaning, food preparation and plating, dishwashing, menu memorization, strict compliance with the 7 non-negotiables without objection or excuse, optimal and complete shift closing, optional familiarity with kitchen tools (knife, deep fryer, stove, food processor, blender, rice cooker), as we can provide training, among others.
