




Job Description and Activity Details **TEMPORARY POSITION** * Provide support and maintenance for computers, laser and label printers, handhelds, scanners, etc. * Handle and classify tickets according to reported incidents. * Assist in LAN, WAN, and WLAN support. * Assist in structured cabling, switches, routers, and other telecom equipment support. * Resolve tickets according to SLA. * Deliver reports/metrics for internal and external clients. Experience and Requirements * Experience in technical support, infrastructure, helpdesk, and software and hardware-related issues. * Knowledge of Laser and label printers. * Interaction with suppliers, technicians, and spare parts. * Knowledge of Windows Pro 10 & 11. * Ticketing tools experience. * Immediate availability.
