




Position Summary: Supports Human Resources activities, including employee file integration, recruitment, onboarding, statistical reporting, and motivational programs. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in various Human Resources department activities 2. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees 3. Generate statistical reports and support motivational programs Description and details of responsibilities: Assist with the organization’s HR activities. Integrate employee files for newly hired staff according to legal requirements and current company certifications. Assist in the recruitment process to fill direct positions. Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees: company orientation, safety induction, 5S, etc. Prepare HR-specific statistical reports: attendance, turnover, absenteeism, etc. Support motivational programs and social, cultural, recreational, and sports activities. Record incidents in the TRESS system. Experience and requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in this position and related HR activities. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with the TRESS system. Proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2008.
