Our in\-house capabilities include screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, sewing, packaging, barcoding, bagging/tagging, and full private\-label solutions. With 300\+ employees in our Tijuana factory, we deliver high\-volume production with consistent quality for US\-based brands and corporate clients. **Position Summary** We are seeking a **Costing Agent** responsible for creating accurate garment costing, sourcing fabrics and trims, and building complete BOMs for all styles entering development or production. This role interacts with fabric mills, dye houses, trim vendors, internal production teams, and our corporate office and US based customers. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in costing calculations is essential. **Key Responsibilities** **Garment \& Material Costing** * Create complete costing sheets for T\-shirts, sweatshirts, knits, and specialty apparel. * Gather all required information to build accurate cost sheets: * Mini\-marker yields * Labor costs * Material costs * Trim/accessory pricing **Vendor \& Customer Setup** * Set up all new vendors and customers in the costing and production database. * Maintain organized records for sourcing, pricing, and vendor history. **Internal Collaboration** * Work with Patternmaking, Cutting, Production, Accounting, and Customer Service to ensure cost data remains accurate across the development cycle. * Provide FOB and landed cost scenarios to support the Sales team. **Document Control** * Maintain updated costing sheets, BOMs, style sheets, fabric specs, and pricing archives. * Ensure version control and proper digital organization.
