Document management and file control **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OPENING** We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with an excellent service attitude to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the real estate department. The role will be responsible for providing administrative support, customer service, and operational follow-up of properties. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and email customer, property owner, and tenant service. Answer inquiries, provide information, and promptly and courteously follow up on requests. * Preparation, data entry, and filing of administrative documents. Prepare documents, enter information into the system, and maintain organized and up-to-date files. * Follow-up on lease agreements, renewals, and expirations. Track key dates, renewal notices, and pending documentation. * Control and updating of property, customer, and tenant files. Maintain complete and current physical and digital files. * Preparation of administrative reports and database management. Generate periodic reports and update information for internal reference. * General support in office operational activities. Assist with administrative tasks necessary for daily office operations. * Internal coordination with other departments to track pending items. Walk through hallways to improve control and, above all, resolve questions. * Maintain office order and document control. Organize files, documents, and records for easy location and reference. * Office supply and stationery inventory control. Monitor material stock levels and request replenishment as needed.
