A MAJOR MEXICAN COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR, PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR OPERATING ROOMS, IS SEEKING SURGICAL TECHNICIAN (STR) Requirements: Respiratory therapy technician or inhalation therapy technician 1 year of hospital experience in general nursing or other healthcare areas, including professional practice and/or social service Frustration tolerance Pulmonary rehabilitation, spirometry management, mechanical ventilation, pulmonary pathophysiology Support for diagnosis Responsibilities: \- Monitoring patients' treatment plans \- Assistance with endotracheal intubation \- Management of secretions aspiration \- Administration of aerosol therapy \- Application of oxygen therapy \- Management of pulmonary rehabilitation \- Assistance in airway management during CPR (CODE BLUE) \- Immediate cleaning and disinfection of equipment after use, and recording the procedure on the corresponding log sheet \- Attendance and participation in department meetings \- Receiving and handing over patients and equipment at each shift We offer: Base salary of $13,860 gross per month Productivity bonus of $4,300 gross per month (based on performance metrics and effective from the indefinite-term contract) Life insurance Savings fund: 5% Uniforms Food vouchers: $500\.00 per month PAID TRAINING (Monday to Friday, one week duration) SGMM (starting from the first year) Work location: Angeles Tijuana Hospital Available shifts: \- Morning shift: Mon\-Fri, 7:00\-14:30 hrs \- Afternoon shift: Mon\-Fri, 14:00\-21:30 hrs \- Night shift: \* Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (with rotation of 2 Sundays per month), 21:00\-7:30 hrs Salary: $13,860\.00 \- $18,160\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Application questions: * Do you have experience in respiratory therapy? * Do you hold a degree and professional license (cédula)? * Which shift are you interested in? * Most recent phone number for contact purposes Workplace: On-site employment
