If you believe you are among the best Project Managers in construction in Mexico, apply for the position of: MASTER PROJECT MANAGER Position Objective: Ensure deliverables during the planning and execution of a mixed-use vertical project under optimal conditions of time, cost, and quality, through application of Axioma’s project management methodology. Responsibilities: * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery. * Ensure project schedule and quality of deliverables. * Lead progress meetings with clients and contractors. * Develop the team under your supervision through talent management. * Pursue optimization of scheduled time and budget. * Anticipate and resolve potential project issues. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree and professional license). * 10+ years of experience as a project manager. * Experience in vertical projects and projects exceeding 20,000 m2. * Knowledge of project management methodology. * Experience in luxury construction (hospitality). * Experience as the person responsible for construction of vertical projects—from foundation to handover. * Knowledge of budgetary control. * English proficiency. * Familiarity with project management tools. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of at least 6 people.
