What You’ll Do at Baxter: * Launch and manage RFPs/RFQs, comparative analysis, and award recommendations. * Execute MIP initiatives and track milestones, savings, and validation with Finance. * Lead business awards and related contractual negotiations. * Coordinate tooling repairs and maintenance in accordance with the budgeting process. * Administer supplier performance: delivery, quality, and service metrics; corrective actions. * Support operational continuity and address escalations alongside the Sr. Procurement Manager. What You’ll Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline (required). * 5–8 years of procurement/sourcing experience, including execution of RFPs and awarding contracts. * Demonstrated success in delivering annual savings and service improvements. * Bilingual: basic oral and written English communication skills.
