




We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact with clients, ensuring warm, professional, and high-quality service. Additionally, they will support administrative tasks, patient follow-up, broker assistance, and sending quotes to clients. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (preferably in the medical field). * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in computer use and scheduling software. * Customer service vocation. * **English language proficiency (Mandatory).** * **Availability from Monday to Saturday** **Responsibilities:** * Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments. * Provide personalized follow-up to patients before and after their visit. * Prepare and send quotes to clients. * Assist and serve brokers and business partners. * Maintain and update patient records in the system. * Follow up on sent quotations to confirm appointments and treatments. * Attend to and follow up with international patients (mainly from the U.S.), ensuring clear and timely communication. * Coordinate appointments and logistics for foreign patients. * Support strategies to attract new patients through personalized service, quick responses, and guidance on services. * Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the experience and retention of international patients.
