




We are looking for a **Bilingual Customer Service Agent / Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact with our clients, providing warm, professional, and efficient service. Additionally, the candidate will support administrative tasks, patient follow-ups, broker communication, preparation and sending of client budgets. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (preferably in the medical or veterinary field). * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. * Passion for animals and a strong customer service orientation. * Availability from Monday to Saturday. * **Proficiency in English (Mandatory).** **Responsibilities:** * Greet clients and pets with kindness and professionalism. * Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments. * Follow up with patients and maintain communication with owners regarding appointments, results, or treatments. * Prepare and send budgets to clients. * Provide service and support to brokers and business partners. * Maintain and update patient records. * Process payments and address billing inquiries. * Assist veterinarians and staff with administrative tasks. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
