




Clínica Doctor Cigüeña in Tijuana (Torre Médica en Alameda Otay, Rampa Aeropuerto #1600). We are looking for ***Bilingual Customer Service***. **Intermediate-advanced English is essential.** Monday to Saturday. Biweekly payments (on the 15th and 30th or 31st). Trial period followed by an indefinite-term contract. No transportation issues; residence near Otay-Airport area preferred. Duties include: - Handling cash and bank card collections and invoice generation. - Greeting patients courteously and kindly. - Cash register closing and reconciliation. - Occasionally answering, recording, and returning phone calls. - Email management. - Monitoring patient, visitor, and/or employee entry and exit. - Office tasks, filing. - Schedule management. - Searching for documentation and information. - Providing cost estimates. - Follow-up for treatment sales. - Other duties as assigned.
