Duties include: - Handling cash and bank card collections and invoice generation. - Greeting patients courteously and kindly. - Cash register closing and reconciliation. - Occasionally answering, recording, and returning phone calls. - Email management. - Monitoring patient, visitor, and/or employee entry and exit. - Office tasks, filing. - Schedule management. - Searching for documentation and information. - Providing cost estimates. - Follow-up for treatment sales. - Other duties as assigned.
