Description and details of activities Planning, organizing, controlling, and executing cyclic inventory counts in Multicarnes Branches according to established policies and procedures. * Organize and prepare the monthly inventory calendar. * Conduct physical inventory counts at stores and distribution centers (Cedis), including finished products, supplies, and packaging materials across all their different lines and varieties. * Perform recounting procedures on the final inventory records of stores and Kitchen Cedis to determine whether they accurately reflect the actual inventory count results. * Adjust system records to match physical findings at stores. * Present weekly inventory results. * Follow up on corrective actions provided by operations to address inventory result variances. * Collect and compile the inventory information folder. * Determine, per store and based on each inventory's final results, the products that will be included in the cyclic inventories to be reviewed by each store, with supervision from operations.
