Main Job Responsibilities 1\.\- Training and Development Management\- Design, implement, and supervise strategic training initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and quality standards (ISO 9001\).\- Conduct periodic Training Needs Assessments (TNA), identifying competency gaps and developing specific programs to address them.\- Develop and manage talent development strategies, including competency frameworks, skills assessments, talent identification, and creation of personalized development plans for instructors and staff.\- Design leadership and coaching programs for instructors, supporting their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.\- Conduct physical and electronic audits of training methodologies used by instructors to ensure training quality and effectiveness. 2\.\- Indicators and Continuous Improvement\- Monitor, analyze, and track key training indicators (e.g., TNA coverage, program effectiveness, and objective attainment), implementing action plans based on results.\- Ensure compliance with road safety standards per ISO 39001, integrating topics such as preventive driving, risk anticipation, and safe driving practices into training programs. 3\.\- Sustainability and Social Responsibility (RBA)\- Incorporate sustainability, environmental, and corporate social responsibility (RBA) topics into training programs, promoting responsible and sustainable practices across the organization.\- Develop and deliver workshops and training on efficient resource use, waste minimization, and reduction of environmental footprint.\- Raise awareness among instructors and staff on ethical issues, labor rights, and sustainability, reinforcing organizational culture. 4\.\- Resource Management and Operational Support\- Provide and ensure instructors have the tools, materials, and resources required to deliver effective training, managing their acquisition or updating.\- Collaborate closely with Human Capital, Operations, and other key teams to identify specific training needs based on operational objectives.\- Facilitate implementation of new technologies and methodologies in training processes to enhance learning experience and outcomes. 5\.\- Regulatory Compliance and Evaluation\- Design training programs compliant with internal and external regulations, including requirements for ISO 9001 and ISO 39001 certifications.\- Document and prepare necessary reports for internal and external audits related to training processes and regulatory compliance.\- Implement post-training evaluations to measure knowledge transfer, its impact on job performance, and alignment with organizational objectives.6\.\- TNA Management and Strategic Reporting\- Conduct comprehensive analysis of training needs (TNA) based on performance results, required competencies, and corporate goals.\- Prioritize critical training areas according to TNA results, operational risks, and the company’s strategic plans.\- Generate strategic reports for senior management on the impact of training in competency improvement, regulatory compliance, and achievement of objectives.
