




Job Summary: Mechanical engineer with experience in parts management, packaging design, tooling control, and technical documentation, focused on cost improvement and customer communication. Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and product optimization Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for mechanical parts management, including BOM creation and part number assignment, packaging design, and project status tracking; sample evaluation and approval, as well as tooling control and management; preparation and release of technical documentation (specifications, EO, RoHS, and approval forms), MRB handling, and alternative parts approval; proposal of improvements for cost reduction under DFM principles, and communication with customers to resolve mechanical technical issues. Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and over 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in consumer electronics; proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (Pro/E or SolidWorks), as well as English language skills; knowledge of mold design and manufacturing, 3D printing, machining, and component fabrication processes, material properties and surface treatments; experience in mass production, certification, quality control, and product/process optimization to achieve low cost, high quality, and durability, with analytical thinking, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
