SYSTEMS ANALYST I

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** ===================== * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Chemical, or related fields). * 2 years of experience in data management, supplier interaction, or related engineering functions. * Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred) and Power BI. * Strong skills in handling large datasets. * Experience in system implementation and/or data migration projects preferred. * Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. * Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and business requirements. * Proactive mindset, able to identify opportunities for improvement and act upon them. * Strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. * Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. * Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. * Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. * Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. **TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:** An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering R\&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation \- while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills. **DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS** **Autonomy:** Entry\-level individual contributor on a project or work team. Works with close supervision. **Organizational Impact:** Delivers work of limited scope, typically smaller, less complex projects or related activities. **Innovation and Complexity:** Identifies, defines and addresses problems that are not immediately evident but typically not difficult or complex. Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems. **Communication and Influence:** Communicates primarily with internal contacts within immediate group. Contacts others to gather, confirm and convey information. **Leadership and Talent Management:** N / A – job at this level is focused on self\-development. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
