**Systems and Technical Support Supervisor** At **Operadora Naesa S.A. de C.V.**, we are seeking a **Systems Supervisor** with experience in the implementation and administration of **ERP systems, technical support, and information security**. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's technological infrastructure in optimal condition, ensuring business continuity and data security. **Main Responsibilities** * Implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems. * Administration of users, licenses, and reports in ERP. * Remote and on-site technical support to users. * Implementation and maintenance of security processes (firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, patch management, access and identity management). * Administration and monitoring of networks, bandwidth, and devices. * Backup and implementation of data recovery plans. * Maintenance of Epelsa weighing systems and computing equipment. * Collaboration with different departments on technological solutions. * Training and creation of user manuals for staff. * Planning and implementation of CCTV systems. * Administration of emails, APIs, and servers. * Quotation and procurement of computer equipment with cost optimization. * Scheduling of maintenance activities and proposals for continuous improvements. * Coordination with external provider to ensure proper functioning of **Contpaq**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of ERP systems, network administration, information security, and backups. * Experience with inventory management systems. * Experience in on-site and remote technical support. * Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
