**Maintenance Technician** **Activities:** * Perform corrective maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and facilities of the company in a safe manner. * Conduct diagnostic evaluations on machinery and facilities in order to carry out required repairs effectively. * Execute and verify correct calibration of production equipment according to the maintenance plan. * Comply with standard operating procedures for electromechanical maintenance functions (SOP). * Complete applicable job-related documents, logs, and/or reports. * Follow standardized operating procedures of the department. * Verify that all equipment is properly registered and active in the database; report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain and improve the work area through the implementation of the 5S standard. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in maintenance, electromechanical, or electronics. * 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic English. * Knowledge of machinery repair, presses, pneumatics. * Knowledge of ultrasonic machines, cable cutting. * Use of multimeter. * Handling of maintenance spare parts.
