**Maintenance** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. **Duration:** 8 hours of work \+ 1 hour break **Job Description** We are seeking maintenance personnel with experience and a positive attitude, capable of supporting daily repairs and addressing issues as they arise. This position is ideal for individuals in good physical condition, with a proactive attitude and immediate availability to join a dynamic team. **Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance on corporate areas and facilities. * Provide support **only for very basic plumbing tasks** when required (simple tasks). * Carry out **basic electrical tasks**, such as replacing light switches, bulbs, and outlets, and inspecting minor faults. * Perform **drywall-related work**: installation, adjustments, and repairs. * Respond to internal maintenance reports and resolve them promptly and efficiently. * Maintain tools and the work area in good condition. **Requirements** * Proven experience in general maintenance * Knowledge of basic electricity * Experience working with drywall * Flexible availability for work schedule * Responsibility, punctuality, and a problem-solving attitude * **Valid visa preferred**.
