Job Description and Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance on various production equipment effectively, promoting continuous improvement to reduce equipment failures * Follow up on continuous improvement actions, scrap reduction, safety, etc., arising in daily operations * Comply with all established internal procedures regarding safety, quality, processes, hygiene, etc. * Collaborate with various departments as a team, contributing technical expertise to resolve operational opportunities * Promote the exchange of technical knowledge and experience within the maintenance department Experience and Requirements **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * 7 years of experience as an electromechanical technician in manufacturing industry * Knowledge of maintenance KPIs (MTTA, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Productivity) * Intermediate-level experience in programming/diagnosis of Micrologix and Micro 800 PLCs (Allen Bradley) * Intermediate-level experience in programming/diagnosis of vision cameras and inspection systems (Keyence, Cognex) * Ability to read and interpret electronic, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams * Experience in diagnosing and repairing various electrical/electronic control devices used in automatic and semi-automatic equipment * Technical or university degree * Strong sense of responsibility * Experience performing tasks with minimal supervision * Experience in failure diagnosis and root cause analysis * Availability to work rotating shifts, 24/7 * Basic technical English * Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in setup adjustments of ultrasonic welders: Branson / Dukane * Experience in FANUC robot programming * Experience in vision system programming (Keyence) * Experience in Compact Logix PLC programming (Allen Bradley) * Experience in AB HMI and C\-MORE programming Benefits * Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 4 **Department** Molding **Contract type** Temporary **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Work schedule** Full-time **Working hours** Full-time **Education** Technical degree **Willingness to travel** No
