




Position Summary: Leads the introduction of new electronic products, manages projects, and optimizes manufacturing processes for consumer products. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of testing and manufacturing processes Description and details of responsibilities * Coordinate and lead new product introduction; receive and track new product documentation; serve as the technical product liaison with customers. * Responsible for managing new projects, controlling and managing schedules, and preparing and tracking build reports. * Lead the NPI team to conduct overall reviews of new products and provide design-for-manufacturability (DFM) cost-reduction proposals and design-for-test (DFT) optimization recommendations. * Manage new product documentation, component specifications, EOs, RoHS declarations, electronic part approvals, material part number creation, product bill-of-materials preparation, and evaluation/approval of alternative materials. * Responsible for guiding and resolving major abnormal issues arising during production. * Perform other duties assigned to the position. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in applied electronic technology, electronic information engineering, or mechatronics. * Experience in new product introduction (NPI) for consumer electronics or work experience with audio products is preferred. * Proven knowledge leading new product introduction from kick-off through mass production. * Proficient in CAM350 and PADS software, as well as office software. * English language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing (80% proficiency). * Professional knowledge of analog and digital electronics; familiarity with commonly used electronic and mechanical components; ability to interpret product circuit diagrams and assembly documents. * Extensive experience optimizing product testing and manufacturing processes, primarily achieving low-cost, high-quality, and long-life products. * Responsible, rigorous, detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills, and effective communication ability.
