What We’re Looking For (Technical Mode ON) You must master: * Professional video and photography recording * Operation of **Sony cameras** * Proper use of microphones (lavalier, DJI, Rode) * Basic lighting and composition * Drone flight and operation (**DJI drone**) * Editing in **CapCut (minimum 80%)** * Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere** (strong plus) * Strong typographic sense * Work on **Mac** If you know how to infuse rhythm, emotion, and energy into a Reel… you’re on the right track. **But more important than software and technical skills:** We seek someone who is: * Proactive (proposes ideas rather than waiting for instructions constantly) * Empathetic (we work with clients and team members) * Organized * Responsible * Punctual * Professional in appearance and attitude * Understands that teamwork is essential * Not afraid to shoot under pressure or outdoors * Available to travel and work off-site **Here, attitude weighs as much as talent.** This is an on-site position.
