We seek a candidate who demonstrates leadership skills as well as adaptability to change. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation and service. - Coordinate and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards. - Plan and organize staff schedules to guarantee adequate coverage during all operating hours. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. - Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. - Inventory management **Requirements:** - Completed Bachelor’s degree (Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field) - Knowledge of Standard 251 and Distintivo H 3 years of experience Ability to work under pressure - Prior experience as a supervisor in an industrial cafeteria - Problem-solving skills - Personnel management skills - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
