




We are looking for staff for the KITCHEN department at Florence Hospital, * Gender: Unspecified * High school diploma completed * Service-oriented attitude * Flexible availability * Experience in kitchen operations and/or food preparation *minimum of 1 year*. *ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:* * Preparation of meals and beverages according to each patient’s medical and nutritional instructions, respecting approved techniques and permitted foods. * Delivery of meals to the corresponding area. * Cleaning and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and kitchen utensils. * Execution of tasks assigned by Nutrition and Cleaning Supervisors, documenting them via logs and submitting them to the respective supervisor. *JOB OBJECTIVE* * Support food stock preparation and daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency during meal times. Assist with administrative tasks and internal controls, as well as with the assembly and delivery of hospital diets, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food quality, and proper organization of the area.
