Description
Position Objective
Provide support in personnel administration and incident control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of information related to pre-payroll, attendance, and employee assistance within a dynamic and continuously learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the compilation and review of pre-payroll
* Record and track incidents (absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, etc.)
* Support validation of bonuses and variable payments
* Review administrative information prior to payroll closing
* Address basic employee inquiries regarding payments and incidents
* Maintain attendance records and generate reports
* Compile and keep personnel files up to date
* Prepare administrative reports and control databases
* Follow up on information with various Human Resources departments
* Support personnel transactions (hires, terminations, and changes)
Requirements
* Completed bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
* No experience required; internships in HR or administration acceptable
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills
* Interest in developing a career in personnel administration and payroll

Schedule and Compensation
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Weekly net salary of $3,500
