Job Objective Efficiently manage the budget, ensure resource availability, and control expenditures through proper review of reimbursements, vouchers, and purchases. Main Responsibilities Submit weekly expense reports. * Submit weekly purchase reports. * Support executive reporting of UDN's financial documents. * Report significant variances to assist in developing new internal policies. * Develop proposals to address significant variances. * Budget management: budget expansions, offsetting reductions, and budget sweeps. Candidate Profile Administrative experience. * Experience in finance or commercial sectors. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Accounting knowledge.
