A Post-Sales Executive must pursue win-win collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve profitable growth for both the company and its customers. Part of the role involves having a strong understanding of the business and delivering excellent customer service to sustain successful long-term business relationships. Role Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary and first point of contact for accounts, ensuring effective communication with customers to address their questions and jointly design robust action plans to support their growth. * Possess deep insight into customer dynamics and behaviors, building and nurturing long-term, win-win-oriented relationships. * Plan and implement commercial strategies to increase the company’s market share, thereby contributing to the achievement of business objectives. * Develop solid commercial plans to drive customer growth and deliver the best possible experience. Role Qualifications: * Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management and consultative sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Interpersonal skills: ability to maintain constructive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers and cross-functional organizations. * Positive attitude toward rapid learning, adapting to market conditions, and persisting despite challenges. * Proficiency in market trends and understanding of their impact on individuals and organizations to excel as a Post-Sales Executive. * Sense of urgency and motivation to achieve goals by analyzing potential scenarios. * Proven experience in meeting and exceeding new sales targets.
