Optimize system performance and data flows Description and details of responsibilities **Your Impact** This role requires strong programming skills, experience working with APIs and databases, and the ability to connect multiple platforms to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our **underwriting, prospect procurement, and IT teams** to develop integrations, automate workflows, and optimize our data infrastructure. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems. * Create and maintain scripts, tools, and applications to automate business processes. * Work with APIs to connect platforms such as CRM, databases, and financial systems. * Design and manage databases and data pipelines. * Analyze and optimize system and data flow performance. * Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. * Maintain documentation for integrations and technical processes. Experience and Requirements **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field**. * Additional certifications in **programming, data analysis, or systems architecture** are a plus. * **3+ years of experience** in software development, systems integration, or data engineering. * **Advanced English** (written and spoken). **Strong experience in one or more of the following languages:** * Python * SQL * R * Java **Experience working with:** * APIs and system integrations * RESTful services * Data processing and automation * Database design and administration **Experience in:** * Data analysis and reporting * Workflow automation * System troubleshooting and problem resolution What We Offer and Important Information * **Location:** Tijuana * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * **Salary:** $45,000 MXN per month (gross salary) * **Paid online English courses** * **Pro-rated vacation days** * A **progressive corporate culture**, where your ideas are valued.
