We seek a Finishes Supervisor / White-Box Resident Engineer with an eye for detail and passion for architectural excellence. **Responsibilities and Technical Profile:** * Materials Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fine materials, special coatings, and supervision of high-level installation processes. * Advanced Interpretation: Expert reading of architectural and interior drawings, and coordination with MEP engineering disciplines. * Rigorous Quality Control: Proficiency in quality standards and execution of QA/QC procedures to ensure flawless deliveries. * Construction Management: Oversight of construction processes specific to high-rise buildings and on-site interdisciplinary coordination. * Digital Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite for administrative construction control. **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience in large-scale projects (Residential Towers/Mixed-Use). * Minimum 3 years of experience in the finishes phase. * Leadership skills and ability to manage subcontractors. * **Immediate availability** for on-site work in Tijuana.
