




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and operating the S-Vision software to manage warehouse inventory, ensuring material availability and reconciliation between physical and digital inventories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory using S-Vision software to ensure material availability. 2. Controls material inflows and outflows, coordinating receipt and tracking. 3. Conducts cycle counts and manages inventory levels. Description and Details of Activities *1\.* *General handling and control* *of the S\-Vision software (SVISION Inventory module) for the maintenance warehouse, thereby ensuring that required materials are available* *to technical personnel.* *2\.* *Control of material and tool inflows* *and outflows in the S\-VISION software, complying with GMAO system guidelines.* *3\.* *Responsible for coordinating* *material receipt and tracking with the Receiving Warehouse department,* *to ensure successful completion of the material receipt process.* *4\.* *Controls physical and digital inventories in the system via the S\-Vision software,* *verifying that physical counts match digital inventory records.* *5\.* *Generates physical inventories across various warehouses, verifying the actual existence* *of materials, tools, and spare parts, ensuring accurate reconciliation* *between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory, as well as detection* *and analysis of potential discrepancies.* *6\.* *Maintains control and safekeeping of documentation related to warehouse movements,* *such as receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments, ensuring all information is properly recorded and up-to-date.* *7\.* *Submits purchase requests for materials, spare parts, and tools based on operational needs and established inventory levels, ensuring operational continuity and preventing stockouts or overstocking.* *8\.* *Coordinates execution of cycle counts in warehouses, as well as monitoring and* *tracking of minimum and maximum inventory levels in the S\-Vision system,* *to optimize supply and maintain appropriate inventory control.* *9\.* *Delivers materials and/or tools to authorized personnel, verifying that issues are properly recorded in the system and supported by corresponding documentation.* Experience and Requirements **Essential Competencies (Non-Negotiable)** * **Specific Experience:** *Warehouse Clerk for 1* *year or similar position.
