




Job Summary: Supports administrative operations by coordinating documents, communications, and schedules, as well as assisting with reports and administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive document and communication management 2. Scheduling and meeting coordination 3. Support in key administrative processes * Draft, organize, and archive physical and digital documents. * Answer telephone calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations. * Enter and update data in administrative systems. * Manage internal and external correspondence. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments. * Support procurement, invoicing, or inventory control processes (as applicable to the department). * Follow up on administrative procedures. * Maintain order and control of files and records.
