




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage appointments, greet patients, address inquiries, and conduct post-operative follow-ups, while maintaining up-to-date medical records and consent forms. Key Highlights: 1. Manages appointments and ensures patient satisfaction through follow-up. 2. Provides essential support in the clinic, handling documentation and communication. 3. Requires empathy, verbal fluency, and proficiency with office tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Strategic scheduling: Schedule appointments optimizing time slots according to treatment plans. * Appointment confirmation: Call or send messages (WhatsApp/SMS) 24 or 48 hours in advance to reduce no-shows. * Patient reception and welcome: Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and notify the doctor of their arrival. * Inquiry resolution: Provide general explanations of certain procedures or basic pre- and post-operative instructions. * Post-operative follow-up: Call patients who underwent surgery the previous day to check on their condition. * Digitalization: Maintain updated electronic clinical records in the clinic's software. * Informed consents: Ensure each patient signs legal and privacy documents before entering the consultation room. **SKILLS** * Empathy and Fear Management: Convey calmness and reassurance. * Proficient use of Excel (for reporting), Word, and email. * Punctuality * Verbal Fluency: Critical for acquiring new patients via phone.
