Professional development within the events and gastronomy sector. **Event Garden in Coyoacán – Grupo Los Danzantes** **Vacancy: Junior Event Coordinator** **Purpose of the Position** To execute and provide operational follow-up for Casa Xipe’s events, ensuring that information, setups, and guest experience are delivered as planned, adhering to Grupo Los Danzantes’ standards of hospitality, aesthetics, and service. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning and Preparation** * Gather client information from the commercial annex. * Support the preparation of work sheets and coordination of menu tastings. * Design initial layout proposals. * Organize guest lists, table assignments, menus, and dietary restrictions. * Request vendors and coordinate their arrival schedules. **Event Execution** * Supervise setup according to the approved layout. * Validate checklists for supplies, materials, and staff. * Monitor minute-by-minute progress during the event. * Report incidents in real time via the corresponding operational channels. **Closure** * Support exit checklists, report generation, and logbook documentation. * Document incidents and lessons learned from the event. **Expected Outcomes** * Complete and up-to-date work sheets. * Clear and functional layouts. * Accurate and timely setups. * Error-free operational information flow. **Required Profile** Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Events, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field.
