We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and proactive talent to deliver unique shopping experiences to our customers for the position of: ***VINYL CUSTOMIZATION (Design)*** **Key Responsibilities:** * Create vinyl designs for customizing store products. * Print and apply designs onto t-shirts, mugs, or other items. * Produce samples on various products. * Advise customers on customization products. * Support store organization and cleaning at closing across all positions. * Provide multifunctional support to other departments as needed. (Ongoing training). **Requirements:** * Basic proficiency in design software. * Relevant work experience. * Minimum education: Completed high school, Technical Bachelor’s degree, incomplete Graphic Design degree, or related field. * Ability to work collaboratively, passion for customer service, and adaptability to change. * Dynamic attitude and contagious energy! * Availability to work **Monday through Sunday**, with **two weekdays off**. * **Schedule:** 8:50 a.m. to 7:40 p.m. * **Branch:** Tijuana Carrousel **We Offer:** * Weekly pay of **$2,765 net.** * Weekly food vouchers worth **$269\.** * Actual salary reported to IMSS. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund contribution of **7%.** * Punctuality and attendance awards. * Vacation entitlement starting from the 4th month. * Life insurance. * Dining area with Wi-Fi. * Free medical, nutritionist, psychologist, and pediatrician consultations for you and your family. * Employee discounts.
