Job Summary: Supervises daily warehouse operations, manages inventory, and leads the physical count team to ensure efficiency and policy compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Establishment and adherence to inventory control policies Description and details of responsibilities * Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly. * Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives. * Work with Supply Chain Manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes. * Provide support to Production areas by replenishing and expediting materials to the production floor on time without delays. * Manage the Inventory/Cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations.
