Production Assistant

Description

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Junior Production Control Planner to support the planning and coordination of production activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in production planning or related fields and possess advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams and international stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets. * Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment. * Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision\-making. * Identify and escalate potential delays or issues affecting production timelines. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and systems. * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you able to have a fluent conversation in English?
