




Job Summary: This role involves processing outbound shipments, monitoring inventory, organizing shipments, ensuring quality control, and resolving shipping and customer inquiries within a customer-centric environment. Location: Camino Vecinal 20652, Murua Oriente, Tijuana, C.P. 22203, Baja California, Mexico. Availability to rotate day, night, and weekend shifts. Key job responsibilities * Follow safety protocols and standard procedures * Process outbound shipments and manage order fulfillment * Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse staff * Organize shipments and coordinate with carriers * Ensure quality control and proper packaging * Handle shipping documentation and compliance requirements * Resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries * Use warehouse management systems and track shipments * Generate reports and maintain shipment records * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations * Support and work within the department as needed * Support daily departmental task management, including labor assignment, leading meetings, task delegation, and communication with internal and external vendors * Monitor policies and attendance (responsibilities do not include disciplinary actions) * Track and report ATS/labor hours * Serve as a floor resource supporting associates * Ensure area performance through monitoring, reporting, and feedback on associate performance * Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in any capacity * Fill in for production roles as needed * Fully understand daily production workflow and objectives * Help maintain a clean and organized work area * Identify and address workplace safety hazards * Train associates to work safely at all times * Participate in safety initiatives * Immediately report any workplace injury to the area manager \#AmazonMexico**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1\+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications * 1\+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach * Bachelor’s degree * Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
