Job Description and Responsibilities 1\. Participate in defining the organization's Annual Strategic Plan and collaborate to deploy it across all tiers, including manufacturing and support areas (TMS). 2\. Report progress on Operational Excellence event performance metrics to management. 3\. Administer the Change to Win program and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Manage a healthy pipeline of projects across their various stages: Proposal, feasibility verification, and those committed in the budget. 4\. Identify training needs based on each business unit’s performance and deliver urgent training/coaching using Lean-Six Sigma tools. 5\. Promote and drive new work techniques and methodologies, focusing on team development and empowerment. 6\. Based on business results versus the strategic plan, manage Lean Transformation activities, which are formalized in an Annual Implementation Plan and Value Stream Maps (internal/external processes), aiming to meet or exceed product line profitability at the manufacturing level and propose labor and overhead improvements through a Multi-Year strategy. 7\. Participate in strategic or high-impact organizational projects to ensure consistent growth. 8\. Design and manage Gemba and Kata activities across the organization in collaboration with the assigned business unit’s leadership team, promoting strong focus on problem containment/solving, speed, and accountability for assigned actions. 9\. Develop and manage a BDPS Program maturity plan, deploying it to enable the organization to standardize active corporate programs through ideal behaviors and outcomes.
