Job Summary: Responsible for receiving payments for trips and customers, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive revenue and collections management 2. Document verification and communication with branches 3. Strict application of policies and procedures Receive 100% of the amounts for trips completed by operators and delivery personnel, as well as warehouse customer payments—both collected and paid—always applying established policies and procedures; verify with origin branches the “cash-on-delivery” payment slips and issue debit notes to the corresponding branches.
