Develops skills in decision-making and strategic planning. ### **Information** * Employment Type: Full-time * Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN \- Monthly * Category: Logistics / Transportation / Distribution * Education: Technological High School Diploma ### **Description** A fruit and vegetable trading company serving self-service retailers in Baja California. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Monitor departures for local and long-haul routes. * Coordinate activities of long-haul route operators. * Administer and monitor internal and external GPS systems. * Process supplier payment requests. * Control wholesale route costs. * Manage pallet transfer payments with branch freight carriers. * Supervise payment of loading/unloading permits at branches. * Generate departure forms for delivery vehicles. * Coordinate long-haul routes for cargo loading. * Conduct checklists for operator signatures. * Handle incidents involving damaged goods and assign corresponding charges. **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent in Administration or related field. * Flexible schedule availability. **Experience:** * 2 years in a similar position. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Quality control. * Document digitization. * Report generation. * Excel proficiency. * Computer operation. **Competencies:** * Sound decision-making. * Effective communication. * Risk management. * Strategic planning. * Results orientation. * Process optimization. * Planning and organization. **DAY SHIFT**
