




Position Summary: Responsibilities include opening and closing the section, cleaning and sanitizing, temperature monitoring, stock rotation, inventory management, order preparation, supplier reception, and equipment management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages section opening, closing, and maintenance. 2. Performs stock control, inventory management, and shrinkage management. 3. Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care. **Open and close the section, perform initial and final cleaning and sanitation; maintain refrigeration unit and display case temperatures within safe ranges; record all control checks; rotate stock; conduct periodic inventories and shrinkage control; prepare orders for delivery; receive orders; communicate with suppliers; label products and comply with regulations; wear aprons, gloves, hairnets, and non-slip footwear; clean and sanitize worktables, saws, knives, grinders, and surfaces between tasks; properly dispose of waste and by-products (bones and fat); sharpen and maintain knives; report and manage equipment repairs,** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
