




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader to build, motivate, and develop a team of collections managers to maximize customer recovery by offering payment solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: Build a trained, motivated, empowered, and cohesive team, ensuring retention through leadership to maximize management of assigned customers by offering payment solutions and alternatives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Select and onboard top candidates to fulfill the role. * Ensure the manager understands the Key Tasks process. * Ensure knowledge and mastery of alternative tools enabling the team to recover assigned accounts. * Train and develop managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. * Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and foster long-term engagement. * Evaluate and provide feedback on managers' performance. REQUIREMENTS * Standard motorcycle operation (MANDATORY). * Motorcycle driver's license. * High school diploma or proof of incomplete undergraduate degree (MANDATORY). * Experience managing personnel or serving as a team leader. * Experience in collections, sales, or customer service. * Valid basic documentation (INE, CURP, Birth Certificate, NSS, Academic Certificate, Proof of Address, RFC) WE OFFER Gross weekly salary: $5,000 \+ weekly commissions Statutory benefits Motorcycle, protective equipment, fuel support, uniform. Zone: 5 and 10\. Work schedule: 9 AM to 7 PM, with 2 hours for lunch. Day off: Wednesday or Thursday.
