




Supervision of personnel and operations * **Coordination and scheduling:** Organizes and assigns tasks to security staff, establishes schedules, and ensures adequate service coverage. * **Site visits and validation:** Conducts visits to workstations to verify compliance with services, perimeter security, and proper equipment operation. * **Performance evaluation:** Evaluates adherence to security protocols and instructions, identifies training needs, and provides feedback to staff. Incident and risk management * **Incident investigation:** Investigates and analyzes security incidents, reviews records, and when necessary, takes photographs or analyzes videos to document events. * **Risk detection:** Identifies unsafe acts and conditions at monitored locations to prevent risks and propose improvements to security systems. Training and development * **Induction and training:** Provides onboarding for new staff and delivers ongoing training to enhance team skills in operational procedures and emergency handling. * **Staff guidance:** Instructs personnel on their duties, company policies, security plans, and service methodologies. Communication and reporting * **Report preparation:** Generates detailed reports on activities, incidents, and overall security service management. * **Interdepartmental coordination:** Collaborates with other company departments and authorities to ensure an integrated security strategy. * **Client relations:** Maintains a good relationship with clients, informs them of updates, and ensures their satisfaction with the service.
