




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in occupational safety and hygiene to prevent accidents and ensure well-being on hydro-sanitary and electrical construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Lead safety and hygiene on hydro-sanitary and electrical construction sites. 2. Identify, assess, and control unsafe conditions. 3. Train personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations. We are a company dedicated to hydro-sanitary and electrical installations across various construction projects in Baja California. Due to growth, we are seeking new talent to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineer, or related field (degree holder or intern) Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards for Occupational Safety and Health Leadership and teamwork skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar on-site safety role RESPONSIBILITIES: - INDIVIDUALLY ENSURE WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HYGIENE TO GUARANTEE THE WELL-BEING OF WORKERS AND OTHER PERSONS WHO MAY BE AFFECTED. - IDENTIFY, ASSESS, AND CONTROL UNSAFE WORK CONDITIONS TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESSES RELATED TO WORK ACTIVITIES. - TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON SAFETY PRACTICES AND PROPER USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. - INVESTIGATE, REPORT, AND FOLLOW UP ON WORK-RELATED ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS. - REVIEW AND ANALYZE RISKS, WORK PERMITS, AND CHECKLISTS FOR TOOLS AND WORK EQUIPMENT. - CAPABILITY TO CONDUCT OCCUPATIONAL RISK ASSESSMENTS. - FAMILIARITY WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING SAFETY AND HEALTH. - ANALYTICAL THINKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Knowledge: Communication, Leadership, Regulatory knowledge, Installations, Monitoring, Integrated safety, Protection Keywords: construction, construction, construction site, building, construction
