Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure operational continuity. Serve international guests with fluent conversational English. Uphold image, presence, discretion, and service standards at all times. · Required Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception, concierge, or front desk roles within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and basic digital reservation management. Experience working under pressure, handling multiple simultaneous requests, and maintaining attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
