Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Editor and Videographer to create high-quality content, while valuing teamwork in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. We aim to bring onboard an Editor and Videographer who wishes to grow professionally, enjoys creating high-quality content, and values teamwork within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. What We’re Looking For (Technical Mode ON) You must master: * Professional video and photography recording * Operation of **Sony cameras** * Proper use of microphones (lavalier, DJI, Rode) * Basic lighting and composition * Flying and operating a **DJI drone** * Editing in **CapCut (minimum 80%)** * Knowledge of **Adobe Premiere** (strong plus) * A keen eye for typography * Working on **Mac** If you know how to infuse rhythm, emotion, and energy into a Reel—you’re on the right track. **But more important than software and technical skills:** We seek someone who is: * Proactive (proposes ideas rather than waiting for instructions all the time) * Empathetic (we work closely with clients and team members) * Organized * Responsible * Punctual * Professional in appearance and demeanor * Aware that teamwork is essential * Unafraid of shooting under pressure or outdoors * Available to travel and work off-site **Here, attitude weighs just as much as talent.** The role is on-site at our office.
