




Quality Assurance Company **Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of quality control and verification processes during draws, guaranteeing transparency, reliability, and compliance with established standards at assigned sites/projects. 1. Development of assigned Inspection or rework projects (OC/LCM - Open cell) following the work instructions provided by the client. 2. Problem resolution through failure analysis. 3. Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports submitted on time and in the required format. 4. Training of personnel under supervision. Personnel management. 5. Recordkeeping and attendance control for assigned personnel. 7. Proposes and implements continuous improvement in inspection processes to enhance workflow efficiency. 8. Performs appropriate setup for conducting inspections. 9. Inventory control. Knowledge of Quality Systems, Measuring Instruments, Report Preparation. Experience in: Personnel Management, Electronics Industry. Skills: Leadership, effective communication, teamwork, results orientation, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Attitudes: Honesty, responsibility, proactivity, self-discipline, and, when necessary, self-direction.
