**QUALITY INSPECTOR** Company dedicated to T-shirt screen printing, located in Valle Sur Industrial Park (near Fundadores, Rubi, San Antonio de los Buenos delegation) **Are you meticulous and do you have a keen eye for detail?** Our company, specializing in the production and printing of high-quality T-shirts, is seeking to add a **Screen Printing Quality Control Auditor** to its team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every printed garment meets our customers’ stringent standards before entering the market. *Requirements:* * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in quality control. * Technical knowledge: Identification of common issues. * **Skills:** Excellent visual acuity, extreme attention to detail, organization, and firmness to halt production when standards are not met. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Schedule availability:** Willingness to perform overtime as required by operational needs. * **Strong sense of responsibility and seriousness.** * **Teamwork orientation.** * **No transportation issues related to the location.** *Responsibilities:* * **Pre-production inspection:** Validate initial samples by comparing them against the technical specification sheet and original design (registration, ink tones, and opacity). * **Process control:** Monitor production on automatic screen printing machines to detect color variations, registration errors, stains, or ink curing/drying issues. * **Finished product audit:** Inspect final T-shirts (seam defects, fabric flaws, or defective printing) prior to the packaging area. * **Durability testing:** Conduct basic wash and stretch tests to ensure ink does not peel or crack. * **Scrap reporting:** Record yield losses, identify root causes of defects, and propose improvements to the printing line. * **And others.** *We offer:* * **Salary:** To be discussed; please submit your CV with your salary expectation. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 5:00 pm * 1-hour lunch break **INTERESTED CANDIDATES**: Submit your CV via this channel or via WhatsApp: 664 117 0276 Office phone: 664 637 0110 Salary: $10,497\.00 \- $19,349\.39 per month Workplace: On-site employment
